This 'Terms and Conditions' agreement is made between 'Farsidate application and website' (hereinafter 'the application' or 'the company' or 'the website' or 'we' or 'us') and the user of the application and the website ('you' or the 'member'). By clicking on the 'Sign Up' or 'Register with Facebook' and using the application or the website regardless of whether or not you register as a member, you accept and agree with all the 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy' and 'Cookie Policy' of the application and the website.

These terms and conditions are subject to change by the company at any time, effective upon sending email or notification to you, and your use of the application and the website after such changes means that you will agree with all those changes.

Please read these Terms and Conditions and if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not register or use the application and the website. By using the application and the website you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree with this agreement.

1- Account Eligibility

You should be at least 18 years old to have the right to become a member or use the application. You must be single or separated from your spouse to register or use the website. All your profile information must be true, current and complete.Your profile must not include any telephone number, last names, addresses, email addresses or URLs.

You must use your own credit card or debit card for registration, unless you provide a reasonable and valid excuse.

You must not authorize others to use your account/membership. You are responsible for all services and activities of your account.

It is your responsibility to keep your password and all account details secret and safe. You must select a password that is not easily guessed. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or abuse that arising from your password being misappropriated or compromised.

2- Registration

If you register and become a member, you agree to be in the community of the application and the website and interact with other members. You also agree with the services and features of the website.

You only may have just one account/membership in the application or the website.

By registering for membership you warrant and represent to us that you have not been convicted of an indictable offence or a felony; you also represent that you have not been registered as a sex offender with any government authority. If you have been convicted of an indictable offence or a felony you must not register or use the application and the website. The company reserves the right to conduct your background and criminal history by contractors which may be located in a country other than your country.

You acknowledge that any information or material provided by you (including personal data and photos), will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and the website may use this information or material without restriction. You agree that any information and material provided by you will be available for other members/users of the application and the website.

You warrant and represent that your profile information including your age, marital status or place of residence should not be false or misleading.

The company does not warrant that the information and material provided by the members or users are reliable, complete or accurate. It is your responsibility to make inquiry about information or materials on the application and the website before you act or relying.

User authentication on the internet is very difficult. We do not warrant any members or users identification.

3- Interaction with members

You are solely responsible for your interactions between you and other members in the application.

The application has no obligation to monitor the interactions, debates and disputes between you and other members on the website. However the website reserves the right to monitor (or edit, delete or move) all interactions, activities, messages, photos and profiles to ensure that the members or users conform to the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that you will not provide information or material through the application to a member without the prior permission from that member.

Your interaction in the application must not contain any behavior form of offensive, abusive, harassment, racially offensive, obscene, sexually oriented, or vulgar. Your interaction and activity in the application must not be illegal in your residence country.You must not transmit any chain letters or junk emails to other members of the application.

You understand that there are risks in online dating. You are responsible for taking precautions and safeguards when you interact with members or users of the application especially when you want to meet a person.

You should not provide your credit card or bank account information or any financial information to any other member of the application.

The company will not be liable for any damages, directly or indirectly arising out of your interaction, communication or meeting with the members of the application.

4- Message

You are responsible for your messages you send to the other members. The messages should not contain obscene, offensive or abusive content. You must not send messages frequently to a member who does not like to respond to you.

5- Personal use

The application is just for personal use of individual members, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Companies, organizations, businesses or any other commercials may not use or become members for any purpose.

6- Legal access

You are solely responsible for the legality of using the application and all your actions under all applicable laws. You acknowledge that registering and using the services of the application by you, is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you.

7- Disclaimers

The application does the best to provide you the services. But the application does not grant warranties of any kind, to provide you always available services, uninterrupted services, error-free services or your required services. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. The application endeavors to protect the data, but the company does not warrant and cannot ensure your data/information in the application to be secure.

8- Third parties

In order to provide the high level of services, the application may purchase services from various suppliers/third parties. You expressly consent that we may transmit your personal data to permitted third parties. In order to store your personal data, the company globally uses server(s) which may be located in a country/countries other than your residence country. The third parties are independent and they are not employees of the application or the website; and therefore the application/company is not responsible for neglectful, failure and quality of their services.

9- Marriage

As a member of the application, if you find your partner and decide to marry, you are responsible for a lawful marriage according to the laws and regulations of the place of your residence. The application just facilitates the interactions between the members and disclaims any responsibility regarding the member’s marriage.

10- Purchasing membership

Creating an account in the application is free of charge. If you use a free membership account, you are entitled to access searching in the members directory, ability to receive and read messages, responding to a message from a paid membership member, and making changes in your profile. If you purchase a membership, you have the ability to send messages to the other members and see which members have liked you and who are your matches.

After purchasing a subscription, if you changed your mind and want to get the refund you should contact us within 14 days then will receive the refund. Please keep in mind that the commission fee will be subtracted from the original price.

You agree with our payment method and the subscription fees. All sales are final and partial use of the memberships are nonrefundable.

Subscription plans and subscription fees are subject to change by the company at any time. You acknowledge that you accept the change of the fees.

When the application or the website uses a third party payment service, you should accept and abide by the "Terms and Conditions" of those payment services.

11- Photos

The profile photo should show your face clearly. You must not upload or transmit images that contain:

• Obscene, nude or offensive photos.
• Non-copyrighted photos or celebrities’ photos.
• Photos of any person other than you.
• Children photos
• Photos of other objects that do not contain you.
• Contact information of any form.

Photos are reviewed by the support team and may be removed from your profile.

12- Copyright

You agree that all the information and material provided by you is your original work and are not from any other person. You must not promote an illegal or unauthorized copy of another’s work.

13- Financial abusing

You should not provide your financial information or transfer money to any member in the application. The application/company is not responsible for any loss or financial abuse. You acknowledge that you must report anyone who tries to abuse you financially or receives money from other members. You should report by sending email to the support team of the application or the website.

You must not attempt in any way to access bank accounts, credit card details or financial information of the members or users of the application.

14- Communication with support team

The support team tries to deliver quick and excellent services.

The application /company reserves the right to contact you or send email to you regarding any changes, services or product of the company or associated business of the company.

When you communicate with us, you must not be offensive, threatening, harassing or behave inappropriately. You acknowledge that, if you do not respect our employees, we may terminate your membership and you will not be entitled to refund any unused subscription fees.

15- Advertisement and links

The application/website/company reserves the right to place any advertisement. The application or the website may contain links to the other websites. We are not responsible for the content, reliance of the advertisements or links. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from using or following the advertisements or links.

16- Sale of the application or the website or the company or services

You acknowledge and agree that we may sell the company (or its business or the application or the website or the services) to any purchaser; so the company may transfer personal data or any other information or materials to the purchaser.

17- No responsibility for loss

The company is not responsible for any loss, or damages including injury or death, caused (directly or indirectly) by using the application or the website, services, information, materials, links or advertisements.

18- Prohibited activities

• You must not harass any member or user.
• You may not share your account with any other person.
• You must not hack, use robots or any other application to reproduce or circumvent the contents of the application or the website.
• You must not transmit any material, sending any emails or messages that include viruses or any malicious applications to interrupt or destroy the application, the website, servers, or networks that are connected to the application or the website.

19- Termination

This agreement will exist in full force and effect while you are a member or using the application or the website.

• You may terminate your subscription at any time. The sale of the subscriptions are final and partial use of the subscriptions are nonrefundable.
• If you violate this agreement, the application may terminate (or limit your access, or block or suspend) your account/subscription with or without notice, and you are not entitled for any refund of unused subscription fees.
• The application can terminate your account/membership for any reason, with or without explanation/notice. Then we refund you the unused fees of your membership.
• If your account is not active for six months, we may terminate (delete or deactivate) your account, unless you have an active paid subscription.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, the remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect.
